My mission as a counselor is simple: to create a meaningful and authentic therapeutic relationship with every client I meet. I believe healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and understood—so I work hard to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be themselves. My goal is to help each person identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and empower lasting change, both in therapy and in life.
I primarily work with young adults, adults, and Asian-American clients, walking alongside them as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I’m passionate about helping people develop emotional regulation, build effective coping skills, and find confidence in their own story. My approach is person-centered and collaborative—rooted in curiosity, empathy, and genuine respect for each client’s lived experience. Together, we create insight and connections that lead to real, sustainable growth.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2022, with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. Currently, I’m completing my M.Ed. in Counseling at the University of Houston, under the supervision of Nathaniel Smith, PhD, LPC-S, with on-site supervision from Brent Dyer, LPC, NCC, and Dr. Roxy Riefkohl, PhD, LPC-S. My experience includes working with adults struggling with substance use disorders and nicotine dependency, as well as serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supporting adolescents on the autism spectrum.
Born and raised in Houston, I’m a proud local who finds joy in life’s small details—like a great cup of coffee (or anything caffeinated). When I’m not in session, you can usually find me gaming, watching anime, building custom keyboards, or admiring frogs. For fun: I’ve been hit by nearly every type of ball in every sport, and I’ve yet to lose a staring contest.
