Brent Dyer is an executive coach, Licensed Professional Counselor, business owner, and former worship pastor who brings more than 25 years of ministry and organizational leadership experience to his work with worship pastors and creative leaders.

 

He served as the lead worship pastor of a 15,000-member, five-campus church, where he led more than 50 direct reports and helped oversee and develop thousands of volunteers across a complex, multi-site ministry. Today, Brent owns and leads a growing counseling practice with more than 30 clinicians and staff, giving him the perspective of both ministry leadership and business ownership. He understands that worship pastors are not simply musicians...they are executives, team builders, culture carriers, communicators, and often the leaders responsible for some of the largest volunteer organizations in the church. His coaching combines real-world executive leadership, organizational psychology, emotional intelligence, clinical insight, and a deep understanding of church culture.

 

Brent provides worship pastors with a confidential place to talk candidly about leadership challenges, staff dynamics, senior-leader relationships, conflict, burnout, career development, and the pressure of leading publicly while struggling privately. His goal is straightforward: help worship pastors lead healthier teams, make better decisions, navigate difficult organizational realities, and build a sustainable life and ministry without losing themselves along the way.
