I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with more than two decades of experience in education, counseling, and leadership. As a first-generation college graduate, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Texas A&M University, my Master of Education in Counseling from Sam Houston State University, and my Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change from Baylor University. I also hold Texas certifications as a School Counselor, Principal, and Bilingual Generalist EC-4 Teacher.

I provide therapy for children (ages 3–13) and adults, supporting clients who are navigating anxiety, panic attacks, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, and school-related challenges. I am bilingual in Spanish and enjoy working with clients who feel more comfortable receiving counseling in Spanish.
My therapeutic work incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness-based approaches. I offer a warm, collaborative, strengths-based environment where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout your healing process.

I’m a native Houstonian, a mother of three, and a proud dog lover. When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me dancing Ballet Folklorico or spending quality time with my family.

If you’re looking for a safe, honest, and culturally responsive space to work through life’s challenges, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
