Counseling isn’t just what I do—it’s my calling and my joy. Walking alongside people who are searching for healing, hope, and a more meaningful life is one of the greatest privileges I know. I believe that with time, dedication, and the right support, every story has the potential to be one of hope, strength, and joy.

My mission is simple: to create a safe and trustworthy space where individuals, couples, and families can process life honestly and begin moving toward healing. Whether you’re experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, broken relationships, or struggles from current or past adversity; maybe just have a deep longing for something more, my role is to listen, encourage, and guide you with compassion and respect.

I specialize in women’s issues, but my experience extends across a broad spectrum. For more than 15 years, I’ve counseled people from diverse ethnicities, belief systems, and life stages—walking with them through stress, emotional struggles, difficult decisions, complexity of loss, premarital and marital concerns, divorce, matters of faith, and the everyday challenges that weigh us down.

My counseling style is relational and holistic. I believe trust is the foundation of any therapeutic relationship, and I meet each client exactly where they are in their story. From there, I use a blend of approaches—focusing on the whole person (mind, body, and spirit)—to help each client take meaningful steps toward growth and healing.

Outside of counseling, I love being outdoors, especially working in the garden. Other ways I enjoy life are crafting, listening to music, and quality time with family and friends. At the center of my life is my faith; it’s where I draw my strength and peace. One of my favorite verses is Psalm 40: “He heard my cry and lifted me out of the miry pit to solid ground...He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.”

I hold a degree from Dallas Theological Seminary and am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Texas. I'm also a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor.

My areas of specialty include women, teens, and couples, with a focus on grief and loss, trauma, women’s issues, life transitions, premarital and marital challenges, spiritual growth, and emotional regulation. No matter what you’re carrying, I’d be honored to walk with you toward higher ground.
