My goal as a counselor is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly understood. I believe therapy is more than just working through challenges—it’s a journey toward resilience, self-discovery, and peace. Together, we’ll explore what balance and well-being look like for you, celebrate your growth, and navigate life’s ups and downs side by side.

I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions, as well as other challenges that impact daily life and well-being. My approach is person-centered and collaborative—meaning our work is guided by your story, your goals, and your pace. My role is to help you uncover your strengths, build confidence, and develop the tools to move forward with clarity and purpose. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide practical and effective strategies for growth and healing.

As a former collegiate basketball player and Graduate Assistant, I know firsthand the pressure to perform and the weight of trying to “have it all together.” Those experiences shaped how I show up in the therapy room—with empathy, authenticity, and a deep understanding of what it means to juggle expectations while still finding space for yourself.

Sports counseling is one of my specialties. I help athletes at all levels navigate the mental side of performance, injury, competition, and identity beyond sport. With experience supporting Division I athletes and a foundation rooted in both professional expertise and lived experience, I’m passionate about helping athletes—and humans—show up as their full selves, both in and beyond their sport. In our work together, we’ll strengthen the connection between mental health and performance so you can compete, recover, and lead from a place of confidence and calm.

I played Division I basketball at Houston Baptist University (now Houston Christian University), where I attained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Today, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas.

Outside of counseling, I still love staying active, watching sports, or spending time with family and friends. My faith and family keep me grounded and fuel my commitment to helping others live with greater peace, purpose, and joy.

If you’re ready to create space for your healing, growth, and peace—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
