My mission as a counselor is to walk alongside individuals as they grow in awareness, recognize their strengths, and overcome obstacles. I want every client I work with to know they are capable of meaningful change and lasting growth, and I strive to create a space where that process can unfold with both safety and support.

I work with adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and groups who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and relationship struggles. I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients and have also co-led a group for teens facing addiction. No matter the setting, I’ve seen the power of therapy to help people feel less alone and more equipped to face life’s challenges with courage and hope.

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person’s needs. I believe the client-therapist relationship is the foundation for real change, and I use research-based approaches such as Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This allows me to combine evidence-based strategies with the unique goals and values of each client.

I grew up in College Station and graduated with my B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University—Aggieland will always hold a special place in my heart! I later earned my degree in Christian Counseling from Houston Baptist University. Outside of counseling, I love spending time with my husband and family, reading, and enjoying the outdoors. My faith is also an important part of who I am, and one of my favorite verses is Isaiah 41:10: “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
