My passion has always been to serve others, and I truly believe in the power of the therapeutic process. I bring patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the people I work with, because I know real change begins with trust. Through a caring therapeutic relationship, I help clients gain new insight, perspective, and self-awareness—the building blocks for lasting transformation. Together, we’ll use both research-based practices and creative approaches to find the path that best supports your growth.

I work primarily with adults in individual, couples, and group settings. While much of my training has been in complex trauma, I also enjoy walking with clients who are facing anxiety, self-esteem struggles, identity questions, addiction recovery, relational difficulties, or simply the stress of life transitions. My goal is always to meet you where you are, supporting you as you gain clarity, confidence, and tools for moving forward.

I bring nearly a decade of clinical experience to my work, with continual training in trauma-focused care through the International Society for the Study of Trauma & Dissociation (ISSTD). Before becoming a counselor, I spent ten years in the fashion industry managing stores and running a personal wardrobe consulting business. Those years gave me the privilege of helping men and women build confidence and see themselves in a new light—experiences that ultimately inspired me to pursue a formal career in therapy.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Houston Baptist University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. I have also completed Gottman Couples Therapy Training (Level I) and am on track to complete a Certificate in Complex Trauma and Dissociation through ISSTD in 2025.
