Behind every public life is a private story.
We offer care where it’s quiet...
Support where it’s needed...
Healing where it begins...behind the scenes.

Because those who carry others shouldn’t have to fall alone.

The mission of The Back Stage Project is to provide trauma-informed, confidential, and accessible mental health care for leaders, creatives, and public servants in crisis - helping them recover from burnout, identity loss, and personal collapse, and guiding them toward healing, resilience, and renewed purpose.

Meet Our Founder

As someone who has served in leadership, creative, and public-facing roles, I’ve seen firsthand how isolating personal crisis can be... especially when your identity is tied to your work or calling.

I started The Back Stage Project because I know what it’s like to feel burned out, exposed, or broken behind the scenes, and to struggle to find safe, affordable, and truly understanding care.

This is more than a nonprofit - it’s a personal mission to offer others the kind of support I once needed and couldn’t find.
