Fiona Lindgren
LPC Associate
Supervised by Sarah Bradshaw, LPC-S
My mission as a counselor is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can be fully heard and understood. Together, we’ll take time to reflect on what’s weighing on you—past or present—and work toward meaningful changes that bring happiness, fulfillment, and peace. My goal is to empower you to recognize your strengths, build healthier coping skills, and grow emotionally, socially, and behaviorally. I believe every person I meet carries incredible worth, dignity, and potential, and it’s an honor to walk alongside them in the process of growth.
I bring nearly 30 years of experience in education, with many of those years spent as a high school counselor. In addition to my work in schools, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate through the Texas Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. I’m also certified as an Anxiety and Stress Management Specialist and a Trauma and Resilience Practitioner. Over the years, I’ve supported countless children, teens, and families by being a steady, non-judgmental presence. I know how overwhelming life can feel at times—emotions run high, self-esteem can falter, and the path forward isn’t always clear. My role is to help you and your family navigate those moments with compassion, stability, and hope.
Outside of my counseling work, family is at the center of my world. I’m the proud mother of two wonderful daughters and the very joyful Granny of two (soon to be three!) granddaughters. I grew up in Scotland and have had the privilege of living and working not only in the U.S. but also in Canada, Sweden, and Germany. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
