Life can be complex, challenging, and hard. Counseling provides a space where you can be fully known while working toward healing and growth. My approach to counseling is rooted in understanding the whole person, and I believe everyone has the capacity for resilience and transformation. Whether you are facing anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply seeking greater clarity and purpose, I am committed to providing a safe and encouraging environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I am a native Texan and have lived in this great state my whole life, aside from a two-year “extended vacation” in Chicago. I earned my bachelor’s degree in education from the University of Texas at Austin and am currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University.

As a wife and mother, along with my experience in teaching and ministry, I bring a wide range of perspectives and insights to my work with clients. I have a deep passion for walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges while offering a supportive and compassionate space for growth and healing.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, being outside, a good cup of coffee, and cheering on the Texas Longhorns. My faith is an important part of my life, and I am passionate about serving my church, family, and community.
