I believe counseling is about more than simply helping people survive difficult seasons. My goal is to help people remove the obstacles standing in the way of them feeling fully alive, deeply connected, and genuinely free. Whether those obstacles come in the form of past wounds, addiction, unhealthy relationships, anxiety, shame, or life transitions, I strive to create a safe space where clients can honestly explore their story while moving toward healing, purpose, and lasting change.
I believe in treating the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - because people are far too complex to reduce down to a diagnosis or a symptom checklist. Every client who walks into my office has a unique story, personality, and set of experiences, which means my approach is always tailored to the individual sitting in front of me. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Frankly, life is messy, people are complicated, and healing usually does not happen in neat little bullet points.

I am especially passionate about “holding space” for people who are suffering and walking alongside individuals battling addiction, including sexual addiction, substance use, and other compulsive behaviors. I also enjoy working with couples - whether dating, engaged, or married - helping them improve communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier patterns of connection.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Theological Sciences from St. Joseph Seminary College and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University.

Outside the counseling office, I am a Catholic husband and father to a small - but growing - family. My relationship with Jesus is central to both my personal life and my work as a counselor. When I am not with clients or family, you will probably find me exercising, reading philosophy or theology, cheering on the Texas Longhorns, or eating steak with the kind of commitment that probably raises mild concerns for my long-term cholesterol levels.
