My Mission:

As we move through life, my goal is to provide a positive experience to help individuals find the balance with self-care and self-awareness. However, I understand that this journey is different for everyone and together we will explore this process.

Focus:

I work with adolescents and adults to provide a warm, safe, and therapeutic environment that provides clients with the opportunity to express themselves. I am passionate about promoting mental wellness and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential.

Experience:

I have worked in mental health for the past seven years with diverse populations from various backgrounds. I have had the opportunity to gain experience in New York and Detroit, MI. I have worked in various settings including hospitals, outpatient centers, crisis centers, and community clinics. The different environments have allowed me to gain invaluable experience and skills. With a deep understanding of mental health disorders, my areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and psychosis.

Technique:

 My mental health approach is tailored to the individual needs of each client which allows me to use a holistic approach focusing on the physical and emotional well-being of my clients. This approach will provide the opportunity to assess and create a treatment plan tailored to the needs of the client. Everything comes to you at the right time, your journey is a process. Be Patient. About Me:

I was born in Detroit, MI and raised in San Antonio, TX with my parents. I lived in New York and Michigan before relocating to Houston area in 2021. When I am not working, I enjoy traveling, being a foodie with my friends, attending concerts and exploring new places.
