Mission:

As a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor in Houston, Texas, I am committed to helping individuals aged 13 and up overcome the challenges of trauma, depression, and anxiety. With a focus on providing a safe and supportive environment, I work closely with my clients to understand their unique experiences and develop a personalized treatment plan to help them achieve lasting change.

I have extensive training and experience in a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapies. I am dedicated to ongoing education and professional development to stay current with the latest research and developments in the field.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist, and I strive to create a non-judgmental and empathetic space for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to empower my clients to develop the insight, skills, and tools they need to lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult and vulnerable process, and I am honored to be a part of my clients' journey towards healing and growth. I look forward to working with you to achieve the positive change you desire.

Experience: I am an EMDR trained therapist. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy approach for treating trauma. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and groups. I also have experience working in both clinical and school settings.

About me: I was born and raised in South Louisiana and relocated to the Katy area in February of 2019 to start a new chapter of my life. I received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Nicholls State University in 2015 and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nicholls State University in 2018.
