My mission:
I believe that counseling should be a place of sanctuary and refuge. I aim to provide clients with a warm environment where they are free to express themselves and are able to make progress towards continual growth. I want to be part of my clients’ journey towards happiness, peace, success, and achieving their personal goals!
My focus. I strive to make my clients feel important, heard, and understood. I believe that mental health should be prioritized and peace of mind should be valued, rather than taken for granted. Life is full of phases, seasons, ups and downs and I am committed in working with my clients to the right navigate the the right path for them.
My technique:
My philosophy is that my clients should each be given a custom therapeutic approach. I work with multiple modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, emotion-focused, Gestalt therapy, and more. I use an integrative model of therapy where I can provide treatment using methods from different types of therapies to give my clients a bespoke experience.
